A Great Recipe!




THREE CHEESE ARTICHOKE DIP




2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped


1/2 c. Parmesan cheese


1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese


8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese


1 c. mayonnaise


1 tsp. garlic salt
Mix together.
Spread in 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
Bake 25 minutes until hot at 350 degrees.
Serve with an assortment of crackers or tortilla chips.

There is nothing better than an artichoke dip. I have to admit I love love this stuff and I could make a meal out of it.
