Recipe Tuesday!

Apple Dip

INGREDIENTS
16 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
1/4 cup water
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar


DIRECTIONS
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, or in the microwave, melt caramels with water, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in caramel mixture. Serve immediately.

It's fall time. This is the perfect dip for those crisp yummy apples!

Mmmm- that sounds delish!! I make something similar that is just cream cheese, maple syrup and a dash of cinnamon. Serve cold with apples and gingersnaps. But with the cooler weather I am going to try out yours too- thanks!
