Recipe Tuesday!


Do you like tomatoes?
I love them.
They are even better when you through in cheese and bacon!

This is a no fail recipe. Try it soon!!


Tomato Pie

1 pie crust
3 Roma Tomatoes Sliced
6 slices of Bacon

4 slices of swiss cheese
1/2 Cup mayo
1/3 cup parmesan cheese

1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers
4 Tbsp of butter

Preheat your oven to 375 and when ready add your pie crust. When lightly brown remove and add sliced tomatoes. Crumble bacon on top of tomato's , and layer swiss cheese. Mix Mayo and parmesan cheese in a small dish and layer over sliced cheese. Last crumble your Ritz crackers over the mayo cheese mix and pat with butter.

Bake Approx. 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve warm.
This is the best dish every and is great with a side salad.
